College Solutions Owner and CEO Margaret Bolton Baudinet serves as the Scholarship Specialist for College Solutions Summit Package clients and other clients who choose Scholarship Support as an add-on service. Margaret, a 2003 Coca-Cola Scholar, has served on the prestigious University of Virginia Jefferson and Coca-Cola Scholarship selection committees.

College Solutions’ Summit Package includes the base level of scholarship support. Essentials and Senior Intensive Package clients are able to add this level of scholarship support as an add-on service. New in 2024, there are two additional options for specific scholarship support. Given the premier level of these scholarships, they are add-on options for any of College Solutions’ packages and are not included as part of any package. College Solutions offers three different scholarship support service packages:

Scholarship Support

Included as part of the Summit package and available as an add-on for all Essentials and Senior Intensive clients.

In this package, students will work one-on-one with Margaret Bolton Baudinet, CEO of College Solutions and a national scholarship specialist. She will review the student’s file, determining aptitudes, areas of interest, demographic information, and other qualifying details. She will then provide a list of scholarships to the family in September of senior year. College Solutions’ essay specialists will review scholarship essays (up to 3 drafts each) and any related materials.

Major Scholarship Support

Available as an add-on service for Summit, Essentials, and Senior Intensive clients.

During the summer before and the fall of senior year, students can earn nominations for substantial merit scholarships, complete with multiple rounds of essays and/or interviews.  Most of these opportunities are full-tuition scholarships. Major scholarship support includes scholarship essay editing (up to three drafts per essay) and two sessions of interview coaching per scholarship.

Any scholarship with three or more scholarship essays and/or an interview will fall into this package. Some examples include:  

The High Flyer Five

Available as an add-on service for Summit, Essentials, and Senior Intensive clients.

College Solutions has identified five scholarships as the “High Flyer Five”: UVA’s Jefferson Scholarship, UNC’s Morehead-Cain Scholarship, W&L’s Johnson Scholarship, Duke’s Robertson Scholarship, and the Coca-Cola Scholarship. These five scholarships are extremely competitive and essay-intensive.  Support includes editing scholarship essays (up to 3 drafts per essay) and two interview coaching sessions per scholarship. As part of this program, students will also receive support for other prestigious scholarships covered under the Major Scholarship Support program.
