The Senior Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring student progress, accountability, and operational excellence across application milestones and counseling initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between students, counselors, and internal teams, managing complex workflows, tracking deliverables, and driving timely follow-through on high-stakes student outcomes.
Authenticity is critical to what we do. Writing coaches help our students communicate who they are through the art of the written word (i.e., personal essays). Each coach works individually with students as they prepare personal statements, supplementary essays, and other written pieces.
We are seeking a part-time Marketing Manager to support and elevate our brand presence, expand our reach, and strengthen communication with prospective and current families. The Marketing Manager will oversee the creation and execution of marketing initiatives across digital platforms and client-facing materials. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation. You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure that all marketing efforts align with the College Solutions brand voice and growth goals.
