Our in-person workshops in Charlotte are designed to help rising seniors as they complete their college applications. Available across four different dates, our counselors will provide expert tips and guidance to students based on where they are in the application process:
Saturday Academy provides dedicated time for students to work on their college applications during the summer months. Offered on two different dates, this flexible workshop allows students to focus on their current priorities (brainstorming, finalizing their Activities List, writing essays, etc.) with oversight from the College Solutions team.
Ready or Not, school starts soon! This workshop focuses on helping students complete the Common Application before the beginning of senior year. College Solutions experts will walk students through the Common App and support them as they work through it themselves.
The Finishing Touches is an open working session for students to polish their applications under the guidance of the College Solutions team. Coinciding with many schools’ application deadlines, this time is dedicated to the last-minute details that will help students’ applications truly shine!
Bring the energy and a laptop: the majority of all sessions will be dedicated towards independent application work, with the opportunity to ask questions of our College Solutions experts.

Q: Can I sign my student up for multiple sessions?
A: Yes! Sessions are designed so students can sign up for a single session or up to all four, depending on the level of support needed. They are intended to provide dedicated time for students to focus on their college applications with expert support from the College Solutions team.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Bring your energy and a laptop. Since a majority of sessions will be dedicated towards independent application work, a laptop is required. Snacks will be provided!
